Incorporated in 2000, IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited is an established ISO 9000:2001 surface transportation infrastructure company, and one of the largest private sector BOT road operators in India.IL&FS Transportation has been involved in the development, operation and maintenance of national and state highways, roads, flyovers and bridges in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala and Rajasthan. Company have a pan-India presence in the BOT road sector and have interests in a diverse project portfolio consisting of 16 road projects, comprising approximately 8,875 Lane kms, which includes 3,601 Lane kms under operation and maintenance and 5,274 Lane kms under development (of which 1,263 Lane kms under construction).Company's completed projects include:1. North Karnataka Expressway (Belgaum Maharashtra Border Road)2. West Gujarat Expressway (Jetpur Rajkot Gondal Road)3. NOIDA Toll Bridge4. Vadodara - Halol Road5. Ahmedabad - Mehsana Road6. Nagpur City Bus Project7. Thiruvananthapuram City Roads (Phase I)In addition, Company is currently developing 12 road projects in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Kerala, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. Out of these 12 projects, six projects are currently in the construction phase and the remaining six projects are in the pre-construction phase of development.
